Artist Statement:  These paintings were completed by the CU Community at the Urbana Downtown Get Down on July 27, 2019.  After learning about Porrima and it’s purpose, people of all ages were invited to add to the painting something that brings them joy, encouraging messages, or anything else they wanted.
